CANCELLATIONS -We understand that there can be, on occasions, the requirement to cancel treatments, promotional offers, and spa packages. As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we have the following cancellation terms:
Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hrs may incur a 50% charge, and non arrival without notice may incur 100% charge. The credit card used to secure your booking may be charged if you fail to cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
REFUNDS
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS-If in the unlikely event you are not happy with our service or you purchase a course of treatment and decide for whatever reason you do not wish to continue with the course you will not be offered a refund for the remaining treatments. You will be offered a credit note which can used on all treatments/products sold by Beauty & the Brow. This does NOT include individual lashes as this is a separate business.
This does not affect your statuary rights
We ask that if you are not prepared to follow our policy then please only book a last minute reservation when you are certain you are able to attend.(Last minute reservations are possible and we will do our best to accommodate, but are not always guaranteed).
